Louvred Panels and Enclosures

Our fabricated Louvred Panels and Enclosures are perfect for any application where security and ventilation are required.

These doors and panels are typically designed on a per-application basis but are typically manufactured from 2mm steel louvre blades housed within a 3mm angle frame for a seamless appearance. Our louvred panels offer an estimated 50% free airflow (dependant on reinforcing).

We can offer this type of louvred door and panel in a flanged design for ease of installation and for the optimum atheistic appearance or unflanged for a flush-faced finish.

Our louvred panels can also come in demountable form for ease of transport and installation.

Hardware / Ironmongery

Our doors can be fitted with a wide range of hardware from deadlock, to sashlock, to fire exit bar right up to electronic locking, please contact us with your requirements.

Vision Panels / Louvered Panels

Our doorsets can be fitted with a range of different size vision and louvred panels with a selection of glass types and louvre blade types, please contact us with your requirements.

Available Finishes

We have a range of standard colours available for PPC (powder-coated finish). A grey primer finish is also available.

Maximum Sizes:
  • Single Doorset: 1500mm W x 3000mm H
  • Leaf & Half Doorset: 2500mm W x 3000mm H
  • Double Doorset: 3000mm W x 3000mm H
  • 3 Leaf Bi-Folding: 4000mm W x 3000mm H
  • 4 Leaf Bi-Folding: 5000mm W x 3000mm H
  • Single Panel: 1500mm W x 3000mm H
Fully louvred panels can be used to incorporate larger openings where the height exceeds the maximum (overpanels would be used) or the width exceeds the maximum (sidepanels would be used), there is no maximum size for modular panels however this would need to be discussed with our design team at the point of enquiry.
